| Since 2011, the LOcREaDO Dance Program, a ground breaking dance program, has been enriching young Australian dancers with more than a taste for performance. In fact this program is fuelling young dancer’s insatiable hunger to confidently perform within a dance company, and in turn experience dance in the “real world”. Past and present Locreado dancers, who have been given the opportunity to represent the LOcREaDO Junior Dance Program, are strong, passionate performers – inside and out – and know what it takes to “cut it” in the competitive world of dance! | What is LOcREaDo Dance & Program Company? The meaning of the name LOcREaDO simply means “Loredo Creates”. The LOcREaDO Dance Company, founded in 2006, is the brainchild of Jamaican-born, Dancer and Choreographer Loredo Malcolm, who started his dance training at the age of nine at Ashe Caribbean Performing Arts in Jamaica. Moving to New York at 16 saw him graduating with qualifications in dance and performing arts |
